New Construction
Already have a system layout designed by an engineer or architect? Great, email it to us and our sales staff will contact you to get the ball rolling. We will bid to plans or, using our years of experience, bid to local municipality and AHJ requirements. From sprinkler monitoring systems to high rise residential buildings, we've successfully bid them all.

Retrofit
Have a building that needs a system upgrade? Our experienced sales staff will schedule a site survey with you to decide what you need and develop the proposal that will bring your system up to code.

DESIGN
Fire alarm system requirements can vary greatly depending on the type of facility they are protecting. Integrating other building systems such as elevator recall, AHU shutdown, fire sprinkler system control valves and access control release, is key to designing a complete and comprehensive fire alarm system. Add to that, national code and city specific requirements and you've got your hands full. Let our experienced design staff ease your mind.
Fire Controls has designed a variety of systems from tenant improvements to high rise office and residential buildings. We have designed many systems that are currently in service in some of the more stringent cities in our service area.
With our in-house CAD department, once our design is complete, we can easily mail you copies of the drawings, in PDF format, for your review before they go out for permit.
Our design team will address pertinent criteria such as:
