PERMITTING
We process all required paperwork for permitting in house. With two state licensed qualifiers on staff and a local engineer at our disposal, getting permit applications signed or plans signed and sealed, is never an issue. Once the permit submittal package is ready we will submit it to the city ourselves, deliver it to you or hold it in our office if you want to send someone to pick it up.
Submitting via edoc's? We will email you PDF copies of your plans and all required submittal paperwork.
Once the plans have been submitted, we will continue to check the status of the review process and keep you updated.

INSTALLATION
We believe a quality installation begins well before our installation crews are sent to the jobsite. Every installation project is reviewed by our project management team, permit staff and CAD department, in our office, every week. This allows us to discuss and follow up on plan review comments, project milestones and target dates, project status and many other facets of the installation process.
Our experienced installation team will install your system in a professional and timely manner. Our technicians are fully trained, factory certified and hold the state required FASA certification. A number of our technicians are NICET certified and all are required to obtain NICET certification once they become eligible.
We understand that your project is important to you and that's what makes it important to us. We strive to keep the same installation crew or crews on your project from start to finish. Our technicians are responsible for coordinating with other trades, such as, elevator or fire sprinkler when interconnection of these systems is required. They are also required to be present during all inspections. We believe this keeps your project flowing as smooth as possible.
Our installation crews will treat you with the respect you deserve and their integrity and professionalism is what sets them apart from others in our industry and gives you the quality installation you expect.
All our installation projects include the following:
- Shop drawings / permit submittal package
- PDF copies of drawings for your use
- Wiring to all system devices
- Coordination of integration with our trades
- Complete testing of all components installed
- Certification paperwork
- All required inspections
